'The Rheban' is our cask strength Single Malt Whisky aged in Tawny and Port barrels.
Colour: Rose Gold
Nose: Sweet and complex aromas suggest butterscotch and Christmas muscatels.
Palate: Sweet caramel syrup and plum pudding spices join a clean, bright alcohol explosion which spreads across the palate to settle in and glow with some soft oaky and tobacco leaf tannins.
Finish: Hints of cherry cordial and some nutty undertones that clearly displays the quality of both the spirit and the wood in developing harmony.
A marriage of 16 barrels - 14 Tawny, 2 Porto - this whisky is rich, decadent and complex, in a harmonious balance of fruit, spirit and oak, with a hint of leather.
