Colour: Deep umbar
Nose: Brown sugar and dried muscatels up front followed by dried muscatels, baking spices, pencil shavings and walnuts.
Palate: Ripe plums dipped in dark chocolate. Fresh hot cross buns with melted butter, oak, white pepper, oily and juicy.
Finish: Long and smooth, sherbert spice that lingers.
This whisky is rich, decadent and complex, in a harmonious balance of fruit, spirit and oak with a hint of leather.
